Testing

Has the product been tested?

We are excited to announce that our Joeyboardz has undergone extensive air quality testing in 2023. 

Carried out to measure the airborne respirable dust particles generated whilst dry cutting porcelain tiles using a hand held, 5-inch electric grinder with and without a Joeyboardz.

Results are in...

Results show a 97% reduction in respirable dust and silica particles using the Joeyboardz compared to not using for dry cutting porcelain tiles. We have also been advised by our testing partner that the percentage difference could be even higher because without the board the pumps were so heavily loaded and results are likely biased low.

 

We at Joeyboardz would still recommend that users wear the appropriate PPE & RPE whilst undertaking dry cutting using the Joeyboardz.

Where do you ship?

Australia wide.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

All orders are normally processed within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped. Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving shipping confirmation, please contact us. 

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 10 days of their delivery date. Items must be in new condition and unused to receive a full refund. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item or we will send a replacement.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Customer will have to pay for the return postage and send it back to us. If it arrives damaged, we will refund the postage.

Warranty

Warranty Information

`JOEYBOARDZ` will replace any faulty product within one year from the date of purchase. Subject to the platform being returned at the owners cost to the owners of `JOEYBOARDZ`.


`JOEBOARDZ` are made from sheet aluminium and as such please note that normal use will generally diminish the working surface of the platform. These changes may include, but are not limited to, surface scratches, dents, discolouration and corrosion along with damage by misuse of this product.



Please take care when using your grinder. Contact with the board will damage it. This damage will, by its nature be excluded from any and all warranty claims.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims should be directed to contact@Joeyboardz.com. Please attach proof of purchase in the form of invoice or email order confirmation to support your claim. In some cases, photographic evidence of faults/flaws may be required.



If your `JOEYBOARDZ` arrives damaged on delivery please notify us immediately using contact@joeyboardz.com.
